Unable to connect Jetpack

    Yesterday I deactivated all plugins because I was having problems backuping my site: https://www.golyfutbol.com.
    When I reactivated the plugins, Jetpack won’t connect. It says:

    Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
    Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://www.golyfutbol.com/blog [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed Recv failure: Connection reset by peer]

    I contacted my ISP, the are still trying to help, but so far have not been able to solve the issue. I would appreciate any guidance.
