Unable to connect HubSpot account

    I’m experiencing an issue making the HubSpot account connection fail. Here are the steps that I’m following and the results:

    1. Go to the Forms -> Settings -> HubSpot page within the admin.
    2. Click the “Click here to connect your HubSpot account” button.
    3. Select the correct account on the HubSpot side and click “Choose Account”

    At this point, it brings me back to the HubSpot settings page but nothing has changed and the button for connecting the account is still there. I’ve tried using a default theme and disabling plugins without any success.

    Just now I’m starting to get this error as well when attempting to connect an account:

    PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Call to a member function create_form() on null in /wp-content/plugins/gravityformshubspot/class-gf-hubspot.php:1345

    Some additional info, I tested this on an entirely new WP installation and when I attempt to connect a HubSpot account, it just redirects me to the login page. Then after logging in, it brings me back to the HubSpot settings without adding the new account.
