    I understand you’re facing an issue while connecting the Google Listings and Ads plugin.

    In order to troubleshoot this issue even further, I would recommend disconnecting and starting the reconnection afresh. Here are the steps you can take:

    Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection afresh. You can find a detailed guide here.

    Thanks for your help.

    I’ve now completed that process, and have had the same result, with the error message: ““Merchant link is not available to accept”.

    Note there was no Jetpack section on that page.

    I understand that even after following the shared steps, the issue persists. Could you please confirm that your account meets the following Google account permissions?

    Note there was no Jetpack section on that page.

    If possible, please share a screen recording demonstrating the steps you take and the error message so that we can have a better visual understanding of the issue from your end. You can use a screen recording software of your choice, or try using loom.com and share the link to the video here.

    The required Google account permissions were all showing as granted. However, I revoked all access permissions for Woocomerce via my Google account security settings, then repeated the set-up for the plug-in and it this time it worked.

    So the issue is now resolved.

    Hi. I’m having the same problem. I’ve followed all the steps above, as well as completely removed all WordPress permissions from my google account, but the problem persists. I successfully connected my site to everything except Google Merchant Center. The error message is “Merchant link is not available to accept”. Can you please help?

    EDIT: I resolved this. I disconnected ads from merchant center, completed the plugin setup. the plugin setup sent an invitation for ads to connect with merchant center, so I accepted that.
