Unable to Connect Feed to Zoho CRM Developer Instance

Firstly, thank you for creating an outstanding plugin! Works great … for production instances.

I am having some issues, however, connecting to my Zoho CRM developer instance. The Oauthv2 authorization request works fine but no modules/objects are listed when configuring a feed.
