Unable to connect faceboook business page to woocommerce site?

Hi, I’m experiencing the same problem.

When trying to connect our company FB page to the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin (so as to set up an FB pixel), it’s requesting to continue with my personal profile. I click on Continue as ‘My Name’ and it then tells me:
Admin Permission Required – You don’t have permission to edit these settings. Reach out to the admin of ‘Natural NZ Pet Food and Treats’ to gain access.

I have no idea what Natural NZ Pet Food and Treats is. I am not connected to this company at all and never have been. Our company and business manager account is Solo NZ, with Powerworks NZ being a subsidiary website.

I have made sure the website user profile email matches my Facebook profile, and in both the website and Facebook I am an admin.
I have logged out and logged back in on Facebook and our website and am still getting the same result.

What is going wrong?
