Unable to connect facebook page from wordpress website.It shows blank screen .

    Hi,I need to connect my website :www.tarlee.uk to my facebook page:https://www.facebook.com/tarleefurniture and do advertisements.I have updated to the new version and tried to connect it .I am the business mangager of my page and I could follow each instruction starting from “get started ” to redirect me from https://www.tarlee.uk.I have enabled the required buttons as the instructions shown but it shows a white screen with -1 error and it nowhere redirects and stops.I am really frustrated as the sales is declined and no enough exposure getting through google ad .This is my last hope to expose my online products towards customers.Please help me with this.Thanking you

    Hi @tarleeuk

    At the connection step “What is Woocommerce Integration allowed to do” make sure all fields are enabled. Facebook recently updated its settings to toggle “Manage your business” permission to Off by default, but this needs to be ON

    If that doesn’t work, we have a snippet that will give us some additional error information. This should give us a better indication as to what might be happening here.

    Can you please add the following snippet to your site and attempt to connect to Facebook again? If you aren’t familiar with adding custom code to your site, here is some information as to how to do it. We recommend the free Code Snippets method.
