    Hello,
    a customer of us want to use this plugin with crm environment we host. (crm 2016 SP1)
    the hosting is done via ifd and claims based authentication (adfs).
    this is the error they receive when the want to connect…

    Unable to connect to Dynamics 365:?Could not retrieve WSDL at?https://fourpsquare.xrm.norriq.com/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc?wsdl. Check whether you selected the appropriate deployment type and that CRM URL and credentials are correct.

    any ideas what is going on.
    We are sure the provided username/password is working…

    Hi @norriq, @rlafontaine

    sorry for late reply, for some reason we didn’t get notifications from WordPress :/

    Couple things to check here:

    1. Make sure you updated to the latest version. We’ve just fixed an issue with a wsdl parsing that appeared couple weeks ago.
    2. Try checking the box to ignore certificate errors. Some of the CA chains, especially those in the Azure web apps, seems to contain some invalid certificates resulting in errors. Ignoring invalid certificates seem to solve the problem.

    Failing the above, please send the log file to [email protected] (location of the file is indicated on the About tab)
