Unable to complete verification – Not human ?

Hello, We have been using Simple Cloudflare Turnstile for a couple of months now, and generally it works pretty well but we do have quite a few customer service requests from customers claiming that they cannot login because they can’t get past the verification. The number of people claiming this problem is higher than it seems like it should be!

I cannot reproduce it myself, but I am wondering if there are common causes for this that we can look for or ask the customer about to help troubleshoot and ultimately allow them to be able to login.
