Unable to complete sync for products

Hi,
Having issue that the scheduler action for facebook sync is never getting completed.
Have tested by increasing time to 3 hours.
Have tested by increasing memory limit to 5GB, was getting out of memory error for upto 3GB earlier.
But still the process never seem to finish and thus restarts itself.Shop details:
18000 products, with variations around 100,000 variable products
Server details: Dedicated server with dual socket Xeon CPU, 128GB ramAny help or suggestion would be great to fix this issue.
