    Hi,
    Having issue that the scheduler action for facebook sync is never getting completed.
    Have tested by increasing time to 3 hours.
    Have tested by increasing memory limit to 5GB, was getting out of memory error for upto 3GB earlier.
    But still the process never seem to finish and thus restarts itself.

    Shop details:
    18000 products, with variations around 100,000 variable products
    Server details: Dedicated server with dual socket Xeon CPU, 128GB ram

    Any help or suggestion would be great to fix this issue.

  • Hi @rajneeshrana88 ,

    I suspect your server is somehow getting timed out while creating the CSV catalog file that gets synced to Facebook.

    Once you initiate the sync, the extension creates a CSV catalog that gets placed in uploads/facebook-for-woocommerce directory. After initiating a sync, can you please check if the catalog CSV file gets created in this directory?

    Also, I recommend taking a look at the server error logs to see why the process doreb’t complete. My guess is that the server runs out of resources while creating such a large CSV catalog file, however, the error logs would give you more details about it.

    Also, can you create a staging site on the same server (using a plugin like WP Staging), and add fewer products to it (say about 1000 products) and try to sync them with Facebook to see if that works?
