Unable to Complete Setup

    I cannot see any Store Address on the step number 4.
    I’m not able to select any address.

    The plugin advice to update address store informations on WooCommerce Settings and refresh to sync but the address is already there, is correct, and nothing happen with the refresh link.

    I receive all the times “There was an error loading Google Merchant Center contact information.” and in not able to complete setup.

    Thanks for getting in touch, sorry to hear of your difficulties and the slow reply.

    Could you please confirm which version of the extension you were using? There were some updates to the verification process released in 1.5.0 roughly around the time you open this thread.

    Could you please check your GLA logs (located at WooCommerce > Status > Logs) – they will look like google-listings-and-ads-2021-10-XXXXX.log – and let us know what you see that looks related?

    Alternatively, if you can open a support request on WooCommerce.com and mention this topic we’ll be able to talk more specifically about your setup.

    I’d like to try and figure out what is happening for you.
