On Step 3, after completing all of the fields, I click “Complete Setup” but it does nothing.

I’ve completed all of the fields and the button lights up to suggest it’s ready to be clicked, but does nothing when I actually click it.

    Hi @choppex86,

Have you tested attempting the connection with the only plugins enabled on the site being WooCommerce and Google Listings & Ads. This would test to see if maybe some code from another plugin was affecting the connection?

Also if you navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs do you see any generated log file for the Google Listings & Ads plugin which may contain some further information?

    Thanks

    Hi Stuart,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I’ve deactivated all but the Google Listing & Ads and Woocommerce plugins, but unfortunately it’s still not working.

There are no log files for the Google Listings & Ads plugin.

Anything else you can think of which resolve the issue?

    Thanks again,

    Chris

+1 for This, uninstalled the plugin and deleted the wp_options rows with GLA_

Are you saying that the steps you listed fixes the issue for you?

@choppex86 have you tried the above?

Hi sorry wbrubaker, issue still persists and was only found yesterday. The wp_options trick was working before.

Checked woocommerce logs and the last critical error was a few days ago. Not sure if this will help.

    Hi, @konjx!

Sorry for this, but if you think you have the same issue as the thread-starter, according to our forum guidelines, it would be best that you create your own thread since something else may be causing the issue for you.

In your new thread, please paste in the logs you’ve previously shared with us too. We’re still having those looked at by our developers. We would gladly assist you from there. It just best to keep threads separate in case your issue has a different underlying cause.

Some good news: version 1.2.1 of Google Listings & Ads has been released, which should fix this bug I believe. Can you please update to the latest version and let us know if things are working properly now?

    Thank you! ??
