    Hello,

    I would like to connect my site to Wordfence Central.
    The plugin is active on the site.
    Yet I have this error message when I want to connect it to Wordfence Central: Unable to communicate with Wordfence plugin. Please verify that Wordfence is installed and activated on this site.

    Why does not it work?

    So I conclude that Wordfence Central is not usable for IIS users.

    Yet all my other sites run under IIS and have no connection problem with Wordfence Central.

    I think it’s a false excuse that hides a non-identification of the real cause.

    Hello,

    All my sites run on Windows (unfortunately, I can not do otherwise for now).

    I have a total of 11 sites running Windows that are connected to Wordfence Central. This is the only site with which the connection does not work.

    Do you have another track to advise me?

    I see that you are running an old version of Wordfence. Please update.

    Delete arcom-industrie.com from the Connection Issues tab in Wordfence Central.

    Open the Wordfence Dashboard page in the plugin. Run this line of code below in the Console tab of you browser developer tools:

    WFAD.ajax('wordfence_wfcentral_disconnect', {}, function() {});

    Try to add to the add the site from Wordfence Central from the Wordfence Dashboard page in the plugin.

    Same problem, LAMP environment, fully updated WP and WF.

    Console fix didn’t work.

    Hi Ken,

    As per forum guidelines below can you open your own topic please:

    “Unless users have the exact same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme, and configurations, then the odds are the solution for one user will not be the same for another. For this reason, we recommend people start their own topics.”

    The point is that the problem is not unique to one environment. However, I will start my own topic and reference this one to make it clear it is not a server type or version issue.
