Unable to Comment on Posts

I’m unable to enable comments on my posts (Montezuma 1.1.3). Here’s my site: https://www.dgoreconsulting.com/blog. The Blog page has comments enabled, but the posts themselves don’t display the comments box. Has anyone else experienced this problem, or knows how to fix it?
