As soon as I tried to visit your site, my AV software blocked it and issued a warning.

Esmi,Can you confirm. Was it when you visited the site or just the blog.

I have just reported it to my hosting company and asked them to check it out. There is a flash slideshow on the first page but it should not be causing such a warning.

Thank you guys for all your help.

My hosting company had recommended that I re-install. I put it off for a week. In the meantime a work colleague solved the problem for me.

Under general setting, I had entered my website homepage in the filed marked Site Address. I should have put the location of wordpress, when I did that, all worked OK. I can now comment on my blog.

I have had several people with tight security visit my site and no more reports of danger or hacking.

My colleague knew what was wrong because he had done the same thing!!
