unable to click on other user to view their profile

    I am also looking into option when I clicked into other user name, it shows the user’s activity i.e. reviews/ discussion that he/she had made at the products

    How can I go about doing that?

    Hi

    I’m having same issue with seeing others profiles .. When I click it takes me to my admin profile .. I have created a few profiles to test this and it always takes me to my profile .. never to see the others .. I’m in test mode still haven’t launch my app .. any suggestions what it could be ?

    Hi,

    It looks like it might be a permalink issue.

    This is the current structure of the user’s profile https://ziqel.com/zhats/profile-2/9/

    By default the slug should be “profile” not “profile-2”. You can leave it that way, however.. you will need to tweak the permalink settings.

    Permalink Settings:

    1) Go to the Users Ultra Dashboard.
    2) Click on the Permalink tab.
    3) Make sure that the profile slug is “profile-2”

    I highly recommend you using “profile” rather than “profile-2”

    Also, go to the WP Settings – Permalink and make sure that post name is checked as permalink structure

    Yeah, sometimes the issue is not related to Users Ultra. Although, we try our best in order to give everything “ready” it’s not that easy :).
