unable to click on other user to view their profile

As far as i see you want us to make the author names click-able. And this link should go to “user ultra” profile page, right?

And when a user had login and leave a comment under the discussion tab, it is shown as customer. Can I change it from customer to member?

If user has at least one purchase on your store he/she becomes a customer, and WooDiscuz shows “Customer” label. If user has never made any purchase he/she will be displayed as Member.
Could you please check this logic? If this logic doesn’t work on your end, please let us know and we’ll fix it asap.

Actually my website doesn’t sell anything. I’m setting up a review site, which require review tab and discussion tab from woocommerce and woodiscuz. thanks.

Ok, but it should be displayed as “Member”, there should not be “Customer” label.

However, you can also fix this issue on your end, just go to Dashboard > WooDiscuz > Phrases, find “Title For Customers” option and change it.

We’ll check this issue and update on next version.

would also like to enquire, im looking into the function to allow user when click on author name to be direct to the author profile page and view the author activity like the what reviews and discussion the author left behind

any idea what user registration plugin would work with woocommerence and woodiscuz to achieve this?

I think the best choice for this is the BuddyPress. WooDiscuz works with BuddyPress very well, it even shows BudyPress custom avatars.
The link we’ll add on author names will open author profile page with all activities.

I can not say it now. We need to do a deep review of BudyPress Profile page with all sabPages. The “User Activity” is a subPage on main profile page.
