    Hi,

    I’ve just updated my wp to 4.1 and installed avada theme.
    Im not able to use my mouse to click in the fusion builder, but am able to use my keyboard, eg using tab and typing.
    Can anyone help me to resolve this problem?
    I have no problem using my mouse in my other wp site.

    If you use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    I just fixed it on a site. Here’s the answer from the theme-fusion.com support forum:

    Change the value of the line 1126 in file: wp-content/plugins/fusion-core/admin/page-builder/assets/css/application.css from:
    z-index: 1001 !important;

    to:
    z-index: 999 !important;

    Thanks for sharing the answer!

    I have a very similar problem – upgraded to WordPress 4.1 and the Fusion editor now greys out the whole screen. Keyboard doesn’t work and clicking anywhere on the screen clears the grey-out but also closes the editor.

    The fix above did not solve the problem.

    Thanks James.

    Solution is to upgrade to Avada there version 3.71 or later – see Themefusion support.

    You’re welcome!

    Thanks roxiebaby007, worked like a charm!

    How can I access the page that roxiebaby007 posted? If I type it in as an address, it does not let me make changes it to it. Any detailed help would be appreciated (I am a noob).

    The best thing to do at this point would be to just update your theme. From what I understand, all Theme Fusion themes have been updated to fix this by now.

    I can’t get this to work properly while I do have 3.7.1 of Avada. I still have the grey overlay that goes away if I click but I CAN use the keyboard.. Kind of useless this way.

    Then you’ll need to ask Theme Fusion about that, as they did charge you for the theme.
