Unable to cleanly uninstall Plugin

  • Hello,
    I have conflicting theme issues with this plugin. I have tried uninstalling this plugin and have sustaining problems with redirect artifacts showing in the login, registration pages. I have used the internal “Remove Data on Uninstall?” setting under misc tab and have cleared all the site caches and am experiencing the same broken result using multiple browsers. I also don’t have any other plugins enabled.
    I’m unable to contact this provider directly to resolve, so I’m here in this section providing an honest feedback.

    Hello,
    I won’t be able to provide screen shots as I already deleted what was still there, but I have some additional elements to share;
    User profiles were altered to the point of loosing control over existing key elements provided within. This was the reason for the plugin removal as I was only needing the login and registration pages to be altered. This reverted back to stock when the plugin was disabled.
    The login and registration pages that were altered with the Ultimate Member hooks were not reverted back resulting in the users not being able to use those functions when the plugin was disabled. It appears that the plugin doesn’t capture the original state of the pages before applying it’s delta resulting in functionality degrade on those pages when it is disabled.
    I hope this helps the developers in future enhancements.
