I have created a different footer for this page: https://encompasscalgary.com/coach-hill-calgary-sw/ – But within the plugin settings, I am not able to select this page to assign the newly created footer. In fact, none of the pages appear in the dropdown to select a particular one and assign the new footer to it.

I am using Roneous theme. Is there any way I can solve this issue?

    Please advise. Thank you.

  • Hello @surejshams ,

Thank you for your kind patience, and we are sorry for the delay in response here.

That shouldn’t be the case at all. However, recently we got the similar issue reported by another EHF user and we got the below reply there at our helpdesk portal.

They sai that “I figured it out, I wasn’t typing in the box. I was just expecting a dropdown list. I figured it out when I was creating a header, it actually tells you to start typing to see options. So, went back and gave that a try.”

Kindly take a look if you are also missing it OR something from your side.

    Thank you,
    Umar

    Hi @bsfumar

I checked it. When I choose ‘specific pages/posts’ and then type the name of my page where I need the footer to appear, it doesn’t do anything. In fact, none of the pages or posts appear in the dropdown even when I type the name of the page or post in full. All I can see in the dropdown are archive pages of each blog category.

Is this an issue with the theme? I am using method 2 (hide theme’s header & footer) to display the footer and header.

Please help me resolve the issue.

    Thank you,

    Surej Shams

    Hello @surejshams ,

Is it happening with the default Astra theme OR the default WordPress theme also?

In that case, have you tested for any conflicts with the proper steps as explained below along with the basic troubleshooting?

Please see the instructions below for how to do this and take a look once again for your reference, check if you have missed anything in the process:

Also, such issues may occur due to limited PHP Memory or conflict with any plugin. Could you please go through all the information explained here at:
