unable to checkout

  • Hi, I have some people who are unable to checkout once they’ve landed on this page: https://www.americanbailcoalition.org/product/abc-affiliate-program/
    They are able to add the membership to their cart. When they click “Proceed to Check Out” it does not take them to the next step, it just remains on their cart. The bail agent today tried it on two different computers in his office and it still did not work. This is the second time this has happened (different people). I tested it this morning and it works fine for me. ??

    ANY insight on this would be much appreciated!

    Works my side too.

    Anything in the server error logs?

    Turn off Redirection in case its breaking the redirect here.

    There are no errors at all in the log. Turn off redirection completely? What about my redirects that I currently have on there? Thank you for responding!

    Ideally replicate the issue yourself, then turn off redirection temporarily to see if it affects it. Without seeing the problem for yourself its hard to know what works/what doesn’t.
