Unable to check off enable Page cache

    When I check off Enable for “Page Cache” under “General settings”–>”Page Cache” and save the settings, the checked box is blank again. What can I do to solve that?

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
    This is a very strange issue. I tried to replicate this and I was able to select, and enable every settings in the General settings section, includeing Page Cache.
    It seems that you may have some kind of write restrictions on the sevrer, preventing the update of the W3TC config file in wp-contnent/w3tc-config/master.php

    Can you please check the perfmissions on the server and make sure they are set as 755 for folders and 644 for files?

    The problem was solved. It was caused by that I had followed this security tips that blocked your plugin.
