unable to change WordPress Address (URL)

@louisapple First install the SSL on your site. Then you will be eligible to add the SSL on your website.When you completed the installation of the SSL then you can add this into your website.

Thanks but it was not a new site , it was an old site running for 5 years with SSL aleady

WooCommerce doesn’t have any staging site functionality so it’s unclear what you might be referring to as “the plugin”. I would suggest reaching out to the support channel for “the plugin”.

Thanks just forget about the plugin , i am not able to change WordPress Address to https so miake it identical to Site Address, i supposed it’d better to keep them the same

This has nothing to do with WooCommerce.
