Unable to change USER PASSWORD

  • A user e-mailed that he was unable to change his password. As administrator I also tried, CANNOT DO.

    What happens, is the process SEEMS to work but the new password is NOT written (old one stays).

    Also, I receive an e-mail that the password WAS changed, but it is NOT.

    Any ideas?
