Unable to Change Theme

  • I recently updated to 3.9 and am unable to switch themes. I’m receiving a FATAL ERROR when activating themes. I decided to try a work-around of changing themes. I’m unable to do that as well. When I choose the new theme to switch to, the site just sits there on a white screen.
