Unable to change theme

  • Hi all, having issue changing theme keep getting this error message,
    “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums”. looked through forum seem to be few similar threads but none with solution i could find anyone have any idea’s.

  • Does this happen when you are searching for themes, downloading themes or simply switching between themes? Always include as much information as possible.

    And why are you using an old copy of WordPress? Were you aware that your site is currently running a very real risk of being hacked. You need to upgrade WordPress asap.

    Hi esmi,i was trying to browse different themes and may change but i can’t do this, with ref to your question i seem to have issues when i do updates with plugins not being compatible.

    This is a server issue – sometimes caused by a failure to compile PHP with cUrl. Contact your hosts about it.

    Ok thanks, I’ve just tried to update as well to newer version and also getting error message, so i am going to contact host, thanks for your reply’s.

    Host had done something they sent this message “You were not able to connect to www.remarpro.com, because due to security reasons we have disabled by default outgoing connections for all user accounts.
    We have re-enabled the outgoing connections for your account now and your site should be working fine”. and it does thanks again Esmi.
