Unable to change theme

    Hello… I’ve searched, but am unable to find the answer so hopefully somebody can give me some help. I’m trying to change my theme to the iNove theme, but when I click it the pages goes grey and I get the rolling bar but nothing else happens. No preview, no update, no activate theme button. I’m using Firefox 3.0.7 on Linux. I’ve already did the browser dance (logout& cookie & cache & restart) Thanks!

    Have you tried changing to any other theme? It might be with trying just to determine whether it’s an issue with your copy of iNove or a much deeper problem.

    i’ve tried 14 different themes…same behaivour on all of these…
    Where could i look for the problem?

    Ah!

    In that case, it could be a dodgy WordPress installation or it’s a browser issue. Have you tried using another browser? Have you got Javascript disabled/limited in Firefox? A bit obvious, I know, but is Firefox set to allowed popups on your site?

    same thing with Opera and Konqueror ??
    Javascript is enabled and popups too ??

    OK – not a theme or browser issue. That leaves the possibility of a damaged WP install or a server issue. Would a completely fresh reinstall be an option?
