    I have 31 products in my shop on the website but only 20 have synced with the Facebook shop. Those that haven’t synced are all marked as ‘do not sync’, but when I try to change them using the bulk action option, they don’t change. I don’t see any other way to try to change them. They are all set up the same way as the ones that have synced. There is no category that links them. Most, but not all, of them are in the second page of the product list.

    Also, only one of the sets I made is showing up in the back end of the Facebook shop.

    In addition, I have 2 books that have been refused approval and I have no idea why because they are all set up the same.

    And then there’s 3 pixel events that I’m missing and I have no idea how to fix that!

    I forgot to say that my website is an Amazon affiliate seller and the purchase link goes to the Kindle store. I tried changing the purchase link on one of the unsyncing books to the paperback version on Amazon in case FB was reading the Kindle page link as a digital sale, but it made no difference. All the books synced link to the Kindle store, so that doesn’t seem to be the issue.

    Hey there @tahliasmasks,

    Please note that facebook’s policy prevents customers from selling Digital goods on Facebook. To adhere to those policy guidelines, the Facebook for WooCommerce won’t sync digital products as well.

    If you are trying to sync digital products, that may be why you aren’t seeing them show up on your Facebook page.
