    Hey,

I tested in my demo site and it’s working for me with the latest version of the plugin, Gravity Forms and WordPress.

Do you know how to check the WordPress ‘_options’ database table?

There should be a value in there called ‘itsg_gf_wysiwyg_ckeditor_settings’ with your options – are you able to confirm?

Failing that, maybe try another browser? Maybe the setting changes arent being sent when you click submit?

Thanks for the very quick response!

I do have the key ITSG_gf_wysiwyg_ckeditor_settings with the value.

I believe I have figured out the issue. We are using memcached along with the Memcached plugin. It seems that the options were being updated in the database, but memcached was not refreshing, so the plugin was still reading the incorrect attributes.

Hi I’ve also met this problem, so how can I fix that? Just wait for the memcached to be refreshed? Or can I rewrite the plugin to set the options as default? Waiting for a reply~
