    As a user, responding to an RSVP, stating I’m going (2 people), it works fine. However, if then I change my mind and want to remove one or all of my rsvp’s by changing them to not going, I can’t. I can follow the link to view my RSVP, and although I can view the drop downs to see status options, I can’t make a change and then save it, as there is no option to save. So basically once I have said Im going, I can’t change that to not going. I can create 2 more RSVPs to say Im not going and although they get recorded, it doesn’t reconcile against the 2 I said Im going. Sp, generally, once I respond to an RSVP how can I change my mind, as no option to change or delete my responses.

    Hey there @mikelidbetter & @ahmedzeidan – when you go to the event after confirming RSVP, do you see a way to View Your RSVPs?

    Hi Courtney,

    Thanks for your reply and the solution offered, I can see the RSVP page but when changing from “going” to “not going” it doesn’t save the changes. as I am reading through your articles it shows that this feature of modifying an RSVP is only limited to Event Plus, please confirm if that is true.

    I have still 2 issues with this free plugin. I think there may have been an update which maybe why I haven’t seen this before?

    For the free version, I understand a user cannot change status of their RSVP, however, the View your RSVPs is visible, and now it generates a 404 error?

    I have one other query on this plugin. In settings, I am checking the option that a user must be logged in, to but a ticket or RSVP. However, once the user is logged in, the name and email address can be changed, enabling someone without a login to enter the name and email address and apply. Then when looking at attendees is how’s the name and email address of someone that is not a user so is unknown? I think even when someone is logged in, the should not be able to change name/email or the email/user name of the person signing in must be seen in the attendee list.

    Can this be done for the pro version too? This leads it wide open for abuse by someone that passes on their details to someone else.

    Hi there,

    There is currently an issue with the “view your tickets/rsvps” link that appears on the events page. We are working on a fix for this.

    In regards to your other question, I’m not sure I’m clear on what you’re asking. When you say “enabling someone without a login to enter the name and email address and apply” this does not sound correct. Logged in users can only modify their own tickets and rsvps. This ability would not be available to non-logged in users.

    Could you clarify your question a bit?

    Sure, sorry for the confusion.

    Firstly, in the events tickets option, I checked the options to require users to login to RSVP or buy tickets. This works fine, they have to login to do either.

    However, once logged in for RSVP or tickets, it is possible to change the name and email address as to who receives the confirmation. Both can be changed, even to a fake email address. The problem with this, is when looking at who is attending the event (looking at attendees) I see the name and address of a person that isn’t a user, so I have no idea who logged in to obtain the tickets. Even when I export the list, it still doesn’t not indicate the name or email of the user that actually logged in.

    The reason I want to force login is to make sure that we know who is attending and that the person is a member (even if they bring a guest).

    Also as the email can be changed, if a typo is made there is no bounce back, no one receives the email and no indication is made to either party.

    I think it is fine to be able to change the name, but not be able to change the email address away from the person/member logging in, if that all makes sense?
