    Hi,

You’re opening the incorrect file, it’s the “Templates” (not the “order-items” file) file that should be opened to see the email-header.php May you check that again?

The responsive point is a premium feature, and fixing the responsiveness can’t be achieved via CSS. I’m afraid you would need to overwrite template to modify the responsiveness.

    Best regards.

    Okay,

Sorry! The file is in Templates folder.

    Anyway, Thanks for correcting me.

Also, how can i change the responsive point permanently like plugin update should not change it again to default.

    Thank you for updating.

It’s alright, the change when you overwrite template will stay when you copy and paste it to your current theme. It’ll remain even though you update plugin.

    Hi,

This relates to a premium feature so we can not support it on the free forum, please raise a ticket on our support forum, and we will help to check.

    Best regards.
