When you’re on the user profile page, open the browser error console. Anything there? This sounds like there’s a javascript problem.

Learn to use the Chrome Developer Tools or Firefox Developer Tools to help you see javascript errors.

I using this theme long time ago, and didnt caused issue till now. But with default theme, and all disabled still issue persist, that caused to think that problem is somewhere into wordpress.

Let’s try adding define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false ); to wp-config.php and also disable all plugins.
