Unable to change payable amount

    I have an affiliate with $412 in earned commissions. He wants to be paid out. I create a manual payout request. It says the payable amount is only $142. This is lower that expected. I cannot seem to override this. Some of the sales are within the last 30 days, BUT I have the payout thresholds set to 0 days and $0. Can I manually set a different amount and override it?

    You can edit the unpaid commission amount for the affiliate if required: https://couponaffiliates.com/docs/how-to-edit-an-affiliates-unpaid-commission/

    For “unpaid commission” to appear and be granted, the referred order would need to appear on their dashboard and the order needs to have been set to “Completed” when you had the plugin installed. If the order is not “Completed” yet, then it will not show as unpaid commission yet. Or if it was set to “Completed” previously before you installed the plugin it won’t have updated.
