Unable to change my old WP to static

    Hi,

    Wanting to change my old WP site which I’m rarely using, its using PHP 7.4 and I want to make it permanently static but I’m not able to do, I do need help. It can’t make it to a higher php because the site wont work.

    thanks for reaching out!

    We barely support PHP 7.4 these days.

    For that scenario, you might be better off using an external tool like HTTrack to download the website instead of trying to make Simply Static work with an old PHP version.
