• Hi,

In General Settings -> Add Tracking Order action: if I try to add or remove an Order Status it won’t let me click on the “Save & Close” button, the button is greyed out.

As far as I can tell updating the General Settings is not a ‘Pro only’ feature.

    Please assist.

    Hi @tictubso,

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. It sounds like a plugin or theme conflict. To identify the root of the problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps. Make sure to back up your site before you begin:

    1. Switch to a Default Theme: Activate a standard WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-One ). Does the issue persist?
    2. Deactivate All Plugins: Disable all plugins and see if the issue resolves.
    3. Identify the Offending Plugin: Reactivate plugins one-by-one, checking for the issue each time. This will pinpoint the conflicting plugin.

    Thanks

Thank you for your reply. I did all of that and in the end I’m convinced it’s actually your plugin. Looking at your documentation, I can see the sections under “Settings” (Fulfillment Workflow, Add Tracking Options etc) are different to mine [screenshot].

    Hello @tictubso,

The screenshot you’ve attached appears to be correct, showing the right settings page. I recommend reviewing the updated documentation for further guidance.

Additionally, could you please inspect the browser console to see if there are any jQuery errors? This might provide more insights into the issue.

    Thank you.

Thank you for updating your documentation. While I notice it, it still refers to the Fulfillment Workflow panel.

Using the Query Monitor plugin I am presented with these warnings:

include_once(/var/lib/sec/wp-settings.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory

    and

    include_once(): Failed opening '/var/lib/sec/wp-settings.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php81/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php81/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php')

    Hi @tictubso,

We have updated the documentation for your reference.

The warning you shared doesn’t appear to be related to our plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate all other plugins except AST and WooCommerce, and then check again.

    Thank you

Ok, so here’s what I did this just now:

    1. Deactivated all plugins (except for WooCommerce and AST)
    2. On another tab, had my admin page open with the ‘processing’ orders
    3. Reactivate each plugin one by one
    4. After each plugin was reactivated, I refreshed my ‘processing’ tab and noted the AST ‘Add Tracking’ action icon was there and so appeared to be working as expected
    5. After all plugins were reactivated, the AST ‘Add Tracking’ action icon was there and so appeared to be working as expected
    6. Went into the AST General Settings and added some order statuses to the “Add Tracking Order action” area, and then clicked “Save & close”
    7. Refreshed my ‘processing’ tab and the AST ‘Add Tracking’ action icon was NOT there for any order status

    Hi @gaurav1092,

Any chance of taking a look at this? And if you’re out of ideas please advise the steps to entirely delete your plugin

Do you want to delete the settings from database?

    Thread Starter tictubso

    (@tictubso)

Yes I think I’ll have to. I previously tried deleting the plugin and restarting with it, but it retained the settings and I’m guessing that’s got something to do with it not working

    Hi @tictubso,

Please remove both this options from the options table in database:
    wc_ast_show_orders_actions
    wc_ast_unclude_tracking_info

    Thanks

    Thread Starter tictubso

    (@tictubso)

Only those two? What happens then? Do my previously uploaded tracking details get deleted? I don’t want to do that of course.

These are the options I can find that I think are associated to your plugin:

    wc_ast_unclude_tracking_info
    wc_ast_show_orders_actions
    wc_ast_default_provider
    wc_ast_api_date_format
    wc_ast_status_label_font_color
    wc_ast_status_partial_shipped_label_font_color
    wc_ast_status_updated_tracking_label_font_color
    wc_ast_default_mark_shipped
    wc_ast_status_delivered
    wc_ast_status_partial_shipped

    (@gaurav1092)

No, your previously uploaded tracking details will not deleted.

You can remove all other options that you mention above.

    Thread Starter tictubso

    (@tictubso)

    1. I deleted all of those tables.
    2. Via the WordPress admin panel, I deactivated and then deleted your plugin.
    3. Via the WordPress admin panel, I added and then activated your plugin.
    4. I checked my settings are already saved from before, deleting the options and the plugin made no difference – it was all remembered. Anyway, the general settings are correct. [Screenshot]
    5. The same issue exists: Cannot add tracking from the “Actions” column on the “Orders” page. [Screenshot]

    Please help.
