Unable to change forms in form maker

Dear user, first of all, please make sure that you have the latest version installed: that is 1.13.59 if free or 2.13.59 if pro.

If yes and the issue persists, please try to troubleshoot any conflicts with other plugins/themes you use. For this, you can install the Health Check plugin, and enable troubleshooting mode. It creates a unique environment where all your plugins are disabled for your session and you can test form-maker and see whether it works when everything else is dsiabled. If it works then you can enable plugins one by one and see which one gives the conflict.

Please get back to me with the results.

Thank you Zhanna for you reply, i’ve checked everything. The only issue at this point on my site is that the module Imagick is not working. Could this be cause for problems with the form maker? Other then that I cant think of any other options.

Have you checked the plugin’s version, is it up to date? We had a bug in the past, so I want to be sure that you are not using an older version.

If you have the latest version and the issue persists, please try to disable that module and check again to make sure there is no conflict.

The plugin is up to date and even when all the other plugins aren’t active the form won’t edit. The forms made in the past can still be used in the website, but when you try to make a new one, you get the correct page, make a form, and then when finished no new form has been created and the present forms don’t do anything ??

Most probably you have installed the newest version over the very old version, or you have installed the free version over the old premium version.

Do you have any very important data like forms or submissions?

If not I’d advise entering form maker > options and uninstall the plugin, then install and activate the latest version. This will mean to loose all the current data.
