Unable to Change Font Color in Header Menu

Hi,

I’ve love some help. I’d like to modify the following site https://www.sgseosocialmedia.com/dev2/ to

1. Change the Menu header navigation font color to cream (#FCFBE3).
2. Change the hover attribute to Underline AND black.
3. When clicked on, that menu should be black (i.e., when you click on “About”, then when on the page, “About” will be black; the other menu items remain cream).

I’ve tried everything but I can seem to make the above changes.

Any thoughts or tips are greatly appreciated! Thanks!
