Unable to change e-mail subject/header

    Hi,

    Thanks for developing this plugin, it’s really useful.

    I need help changing the e-mail subject for confirmation and alert e-mails.

    I have already adjusted the settings to my liking in “WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Confirm subscriber / Alert subscriber”. However, it has no effect when I receive the e-mail. The subject still shows as the default subject.

    I have also tried overriding the templates “stock_alert_email_subscriber_confirmation.php” and “stock_alert_email.php” by copying them to the corresponding theme folder, to no avail.

    I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Kindly update the plugin to the latest version 1.4.7, in this version we have added editable header/subject.

    Thanks, it works now!

    Is there a way to add a tag for the product name in the email subject when a user subscribes? I’ve been looking into documentation on the subject but can’t make any process

    I understand how to add a tag for the new order email to override that subject line using
    add_filter('woocommerce_email_subject_new_order)
    but don’t know how to replace that correctly for this email.
