Unable to change display name for newsletter send from?

  • Hi guys,

    I’ve tried changing the display name used for the newsletter send from but it keeps reverting back to my wordpress username which is not what I want users to see…

  • I have the same problem. I have changed the details in the settings but the mail is still being sent as my WP username ?

    Hi, i encounter the same problem. You can work around it by creating a new newsletter from scratch. I made myself a user Newsletter, to be sure it picked up correctly. Once the newsletter is created, every change in the first step will not been shown.

    You can change that name on the Settings page and in the latest step (step 3) of the newsletter creation process. If that still doesn’t change, make sure your webhost is not enforcing that (when you send with your own host).

    No that doesn’t work. It only works to change the over-all settings and create a NEW Newsletter…

    Seems there is a bug in the current plugin…
