Unable to change closing date

  • Hi All

    Hopefully just a quick one. Im trying to change the closing date of a comp by 1 day and im getting the error [W023] EWZ: problem saving webform. *** EntryWizard ERROR *** Input date too early

    Ive had a quick look and cannot see why. im sure its something simple but its not immediately obvious to me.

  • It is a quick one. You have to put the date in manually rather than using the calendar, and you need to follow the format that it tells you on the right hand side i.e. 2019-xx-xx. Generally I have to use the calendar first to get it to put something in, that I can then edit as above. Hope that helps.

    What ought to happen is that any click in the date box brings up a small popup calendar.
    I’m wondering if perhaps the popup is getting hidden behind your window? Or lower on your screen? On my monitor it shows with it’s top in line with the Save/Delete buttons.
    If you cannot see the calendar popup, check your javascript console for error messages. (On Chrome, right-click in window, select Inspect, click the Console tab).
