Unable to change Cappuccino theme content

There are three thing I need assistance with please:

1) On my homepage there is a generic contact address that I am unable to change because I don’t know where it is located on the theme. I have looked everywhere in the customize section,as well as the posts and pages, but I am unable to find it.

2) There is a photo gallery located on my homepage from my theme, but I don’t know how or where to update that either.

3) Lastly, on my homepage, as well as my shop page, there is a post called “I am the creator of Cocktail”, I renamed the post, and provided new content, but it won’t update. I also want to know how to remove it from my shop page. Now my shop page has a huge header, and I don’t like it.
