    Hi,

    We are using the Bambora Online ePay along with woocommerce. When a client make a purchase, we do not automatically capture payment as we do that once we mark the product as complete manually.

    We created a user and assigned it a ‘shop manager’ role.
    When this user is trying to capture the payment, we get this error message:
    Your role cannot capture or delete the payment (screenshot bellow).

    So, currently only the ‘administrator’ role are able to capture the money.

    Could you please tell us if this is a bug or the intended behaviour?

    Hello,

    This can be handled by changing the order status from “on hold” to “processing” or “completed.” I believe the Shop Manager should be able to capture funds by changing the order status. That also depends somewhat on the payment gateway though.

    If that doesn’t work, the order note where the payment is authorized should say how to capture the funds too.
