Unable to calculate shipping price

  • Attempting to add a flat rate shipping option to some products but the calculator does not appear to work.

    I get as far as the checkout page where it requests:

    “Please choose a country below to calculate your shipping costs” and
    “Please provide a Zipcode and click Calculate in order to continue.”

    but there are no options to select any of these. I have gone through and made sure all flat rate options have a price attached in the shipping settings and in the shipping price for each product/variation.

    I have had a good look online but not finding any solutions so hopefully not doubling up here. thanks for you help!

  • Hey there. First make sure your checkout fields are enabled. Mostly look for billing and shipping state and country

    Then look in your theme directory for a theme file from WPeC called wpec-shopping_cart.php
    If you have it in there rename it to something else so that the Plugin will load the default one in case it’s older than the latest one
