Unable to ban domain for registration

I’ve been getting a lot of spam sites from users using wadmail.in and before that it was automobilebuyers.info I’ve added both to banned email domains like such:

automobilebuyers.info
wadmail.in

However I still keep receiving users who are signing up with wadmail.in, how can I fix this and stop them from using that domain to spam my network?
