Just to further add, it shows two reasons for failure:

    1. allow_url_fopen is not enabled
    2. recommended to use php version 7.4

But we have already checked.. allow_url_fopen is already enabled and we are currently using php version 8.2. Thanks.

    Hi @jacksontyres

Please increase max execution time to 400 seconds and it should be fine.

Let me know if that resolves your issue ??
    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thank you for your help.. changing the Max execution time solved the issue. But for another client, i am facing the same error.. not able to backup and same error message after it reaches 100percent.. changing the max execution time to 400 and then to 500, in this case, has not helped.. The debug code: BMI-APlnTLLZ-16136.. Please help..

    Hello @jacksontyres ,

Please always open a new support thread for each new issue.

In the latest log, I can see that the process also timed out on your Apache server, this increasing timeout limits to e.g. 500 would resolve the issue.

    Kind regards

    Hello,

Apologies regarding not starting a fresh thread.. Will Keep in mind..

Increase timeout limit meaning php max execution time? I have already increased to 600, but that hasnt solved the issue..

Do i need to increase more, or is there any other resolution?

Just an update.. Changed the max execution time to 1000, and that finally did the job.. Thanks for helping me solve the issue.. We can close this ticket now.. Thanks!
