    Hello

Since the last update of your extension, we can no longer authenticate or request a password change to our site.

As shown in the screenshot, the only message we have is [lwa].

Do you have any idea how to solve this problem? Or simply revert to the old version of your extension?
NB: Don’t hesitate to be as educational as possible in your answer, I am not a PHP or WordPress specialist ??

Thank you in advance for your response.

    Hello

Problem solved by connecting to the historic WordPress URL then reactivating the plugin. Please note that in the meantime, this plugin had been downgraded via FTP to version 4.1 .

Hello, sorry for the delayed reply. Glad you solved it meantime!

Do you mean that when you upgrade, the shortcode just stopped working?

If so, then that’s likely some sort of conflict with other plugins. I’d suggest installing our plugin WP Safe Mode, and see if that still happens with just LWA and the default theme active.

    Hello Marcus,

I suppose that during the first update attempt, there was a problem with WordPress or the server on which the website is hosted. A version rollback then a new update attempt went well.

Despite the delay, thank you for taking the time to respond and propose this solution.
