Unable to Authenticate + Error message ‘Daily API limit reached’

Hi All,
We have been having so many problems with the integration the past couple of days.
When we try to set up & authenticate, we keep getting an error message ‘Daily API rate limit met’, as well as the page crashing multiple times.
When we try to authenticate again, our salesforce password no longer works, even after changing it to a new one. The only way to resolve the password issue is to disconnect everything, but that still leaves us with the problem of Pardot not being integrated into the website.
Today is the second day we have tried to resolve it and we encountered the same issues as before.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
