• I’ve clean installed WP 4.1 along with your plugin after having used your plugin from the Envato marketplace.

    I’m using the canned responses Haddon as well as the private notes.

    I went to create a ticket on behalf of a client today, and the option doesn’t exist. I also noticed that I could only assign tickets to myself and no other administrator.

    As an aside…

    1. Is it possible to change the default name from “Products” to “Products/Services”
    2. You should perhaps update your code from using user_nicename to display_name

    Hi,

    Could you possibly upload a screenshot of your ticket edit screen. It is really strange that you don’t have the option to assign a ticket to another agent / admin.

    Also, what version of the plugin are you currently using?

    Changing the products taxonomy name to something else is not easily doable in 3.0.1 but I’ll add some new filters in the next version so that you can change it.

    Finally, where would you like user_nicename to be changed to display_name?

    1. That’s weird. I guess you’re not the only user on your site right?
    2. Done in the development version (see cff86c0)
    3. Also done in the development version (see ef268ac)

    Thanks for this, superb support as always!

    You are correct, there are four users including myself, 2 admin, 2 support users.

    I’ll clean install WP 4.1 with your plugin and see if that makes any difference, Do you want/need admin access?
