I have two, likely related problems.
I am using WP 3.5.2 and PMP 1.7.0.1.

After a user registers, they are not assigned a subscription level.
Also, I am unable to manually assign them a level, the profile says it’s been updated, but there is no change to the membership level drop down.

I am in sandbox mode for the payment gateway, but I would think I’d still be able to manually create a user and assign a level without a full approval from authorize.net.

    Please help.

  • Hi lcurrit,

I am unable to replicate this with the exact same versions.

First, please try disabling all other plugins, if it persists – reset to 2012 default theme.

Something is conflicting with the dropdowns in the UI.

I did a fresh install with a fresh database. Default theme in WordPress with only the PMP plugin installed. I’m still having the same trouble.

I created a new subscription level, then created a new user. Edited the user to assign the level, but it still didn’t update.

Could there a conflict with running it on IIS?

    Hi lcurrit,

I don’t know for sure, but since that accounts for such a small percentage of users running WP installs, I would suggest using another server setup.

I am having identical issues on Apache.

    Hi needyl,

I don’t know what else to suggest other than if you would like individual support, we would need admin and FTP access so we can help you through our paid support programs.

Hey, guys. There was a huge bug with the DB generation in version 1.7 and 1.7.0.1 of the plugin, which was likely causing this issue.

Upgrading to version 1.7.0.2 that was just pushed out should fix your problem. Please post back if not.

Thanks and sorry for the trouble this has caused.
