Unable to apply styles to inserted code

Working with the Flatsome theme, I can only do simple tags like <h3> etc, whenever I try for example <p style=”text-align: center;”>, or a class, the inserted code just goes away.

Does anyone know how to handle this? May just as well be a Flatsome thing of course.
