• Hi!

    Someone sent me a message through the plugin on my website. It appeared in my Meta Business Suite as a guest. This person also logged in, which showed a message similar to “Guest XXXX has logged in as [her first name] to continue this conversation” (the text is in Spanish).

    When I try to reply, my message shows a red circle with an exclamation mark on the left-hand side of the message. If I hover my mouse on it, it says “Error.” There’s also a red triangle under the message with an exclamation mark. The mouse shows it’s a clickable link, but nothing happens when I click on it. I can’t open it in a new window either.

    If I refresh the page, the failed messages don’t show.

    Can someone help me with this?

    This is the first time it has happened.
